I received my order. They seemed to take forever. But it came in about 2 weeks or so. Nicely packed. I had sent an email also with no reply. So I would still give them some time. And if you are in Switzerland, it will probably take a lot longer.

My package hasn't arrived yet. I only received an email to say that it had been shipped.
I don't think they would be working on a "country" basis. I would imagine they would work by a date ordered basis. All the same - I don't know why my order was posted before yours. Then there is the variability in postal providers... but I won't go there :)
On a side note - they are not shipping all that I requested. The postage method they used was relatively expensive and makes the cost per yard more than I had expected.

Have you heard from the Cotton Loft yet? I placed a second order (because I liked one fabric too much that I wanted more) on the 19th, and just got a shipping notification a few hours ago, that is only 7 days total...not bad. I hope you've heard from them already!
