I wish it would warn me when the pieces are NOT right-sides-together.
I wish it had a thread-removal feature so I wouldn't have to use the seam ripper.
I wish it would hand-stitch the binding on, mitered corners and all.
I wish it would curse so I don't have to.

Magically keep the cats off of whatever I am attempting to work on at the moment.
Turn on the television so that I do not miss Law and Order.
