ok the peanut butter oatmeal muffins (i add chocolate chips)

    1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 salt
    1 cup backed brown sugar
    1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
    2 eggs beaten
1 cup butter milk (i used sour milk which is 1cup milk with 1 tablespoon white vinegar)

    375

mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, make well in center

in another bowl combind peanut butter, eggs, butter milk wisk stil smooth...

mix both together just till mixed do not over mix

fill muffins tins (if not using liners make sure to spray the tins good...)
    bake 18-20 mins...
a little less if doing mini muffins (i always make mini muffins)
    stores well in freezer....
