I remember the Fabric Place in Randolph. I got a whole lot of my fabric there. Jim used to drive me there and also Saftler's in Whitman.

I used to live in Quincy, MA and always shopped at the Fabric Place. I couldn't believe it when they closed. Now I have a small LQS near me on the cape nohing like The Fabric Place.

Is Saftler's still open? Last time I was there (5+ years ago) they didn't have much in the way of quilt fabric. Just wondering.

Saftler's is still open. I have bought a couple of my machines there. They still do have fabric but have cut back. It is so sad to see these places we have know forever having such a hard time.

Is Heartbeat still open in Hyannis? Haven't been seeing their ads anywhere. Just curious.
