    I referred to my mom as "mom", and my kids call me "mom", too.

    Always mommy; my daughter calls me mom, mommy or mother - depends on her 'mood'. lol

    I am Mom to both son and daughter but when my son is upset or teary it mama, and he is soon to be 47. Make me feel like he finds comfort in that name. Daughter has not called me that since she was little.

    For me, my mother was always Ma. My boys call me Mum. They sound identical on the phone. Thankfully caller ID lets me know which one it is!!

    My mother was 'Mummy' when I was little, then 'Mum' as I got older, or occasionally 'Mother' if I was teasing her
