I have loved every single one of these posts! With every one I read that sounds exactly like me, I feel less and less stupid. Why did I think I was the only one????

When I got my machine it took me 3 months to figure out how to reverse if that wasn't bad enough it took e 15 years to find I had a needle up/down feature on the machine!Guess the manual isn't too descriptive because I did read it first!

A friend of mine took her Dodge Dakota back to the dealership 19 times in a matter of a few months, once not even out of the lot before it went bad. Come to find out the first mechanic put the part in backward and everyone since was doing the same thing. Took a visiting mechanic from corp. to figure out what was wrong. No problem since.
