That looks wonderful Red. Great sashing fabric too.

Thank you girls. That fabric was in my stash just waiting for a situation like this. I wish I had enough for the backing too. But alas, no. I will have to go shopping for backing before quilting this. :~( What ever the print I find, I want the background to be close to this beige. That way I can use mostly beige thread while quilting it.

Oh, Red! That looks great! I love the sashing fabric too. So nice to see our blocks contributing to such a lovely quilt

I was hoping to buy new fall fabrics for the sashing, but we will see; I might try digging deeper into my stash.

Thank you girls! Now to go shopping for that fabric. I have batting already. An 80/20 from connecting threads. And the beige thread too from the same place.

Edited to say thanks to all the wonderful gals who made the blocks. They are really special and I love them.

I wish I would wake up one morning and it was all put together by the quilting fairies, lol! But realistically I haven't been able to work on it this past week. I've been very tired with the end of the pregnancy and trying to slowly pack for our move across the street. (Good news, though, I'm 37 weeks, so any week now!) I think I found some fall themed fabric in my stash that will work for what I want, if not I'll see if I can go to Joanns this weekend.

Thank You, Ladies!!!
It's a bit late for this fall, but --- Yay! The top is done! A huge thank you to you ladies for such beautiful blocks! I love them all. And my 20 month daughter loves them too

I know I originally wanted to make it a queen size, but that would have required more work. I decided that a simple couch quilt, measuring 70"x70", would be easier. I made a few extra blocks too. I'm hoping to have it quilted by Thanksgiving, but that's a big hope! Lol.

My DH was very willing to hold the top up for the photo, so please pardon the ghostly silhouette behind it
