Have four blocks completed. I'm doing controlled scrappy with Christmas fabrics (except for the light neutrals). Loving how they're coming along. Will post a picture later.

I am usually a controlled scrapper, but this was so fun and easy, i may be a convert!

Hello, Everyone! I took part in the #3 Mystery Train Ride and I am just now hand quilting with the big stitch. I loved the mystery . . . . . . but, I did it while working through a case of shingles. Shingles messes with your brain! I had lots of stumbling blocks which taught me much about being creative with mistakes. I am following along with this mystery and am loving what I see!

I just noticed something I forgot to change on day 1 -- we will end on this coming Saturday, not Feb 7th as I mentioned at the beginning of this train ride. When I wrote the directions, I was going to have it end on the later day, but as I was writing everything out, I realized one of the weeks would take about an hour to complete! So, it was rewritten and will end this coming Saturday with the final clue and the "big" reveal.
