I only hope that I can make quilts like this in the future ( I started last March with this hobby, but didn't get too far since I had baby number 4 in May) I have made one quilt and quilted with stitch in the ditch, but I want to do something different with the Downy quilt I have sandwiched. Can't decide what and am a little scared that I might royally screw it up. Anyway, thanks for doing this challenge... hopefully I can learn from you guys as you are finishing yours.
So start some UFOs and make it a goal to finish them next year ;)

So...after we lost the central air unit last August. My sewing area was packed up so that we could live there with a window unit until everything was replaced. It never got put back in order since other things kept getting in the way. I was going to do it after the fall shop hop and then after the spring shop hop. But yesterday for our anniversary my DH bought me a new machine. Not that I really needed one but hey you can't have too many right?

This weekend I am putting my sewing area together and I am going to take up your challenge. Hmmm since it is already May does this mean I need to finish 10 UFOs?! Better stop typing and get working!

Don't worry - we've all asked these same questions at one time or another.

What a great throw! I love the black and white four patches. It looks like it should be cuddled with.

I still need to take a picture of this month's finished UFO to post and tomorrow I'm hoping to finish up my UFO for next month. I was going to finish it but I think it's going to have to wait to be quilted. I am not sure how I want to quilt it. It's an original design and I don't want to slap on just anything and I certainly don't want to do a meandering stich...I'll have to think on it for a bit first.

Lucy - I love your Army quilt!! That is fantastic!

im so impressed with all of you getting your ufos finished. i still havent finished my UFO for March. i have made a couple of baby quilts for gifts and pieced an easy queen sized top thats at the LAQs right now. i'll be sure to post pictures when i get that finished. i guess i'm not too worried about the UFOs- i figure that if i get close to 12 done this year, i'll be happy. but congrats to those of you who are on schedule.
