    Thanks a lot for your input. Now I just need to get in gear and get it done! I knew I could count on this site for help! Will try post pictures when I get it done...not saying when mind you!!!

    I've heard of this being done with binding but not with borders. Not sure how it would work.

    nope, because you will always run into trouble with the corners! I tried it only once!
