    Marig - thanks for being "an overachiever". I love the look of the block and now that you have shown just how beautiful it can be in a quilt I have it on my list of "good ideas" thanks to you and you lovely work!

    Finally done, wow busy in sewing room today, but sure happy i have my bom's done for Jan. I just noticed my little roses are upside down, guess i should of watched more carefully how i was connecting them. Oh well next time. :-)

    I had planned to do this much earlier but one quilt project after another has demanded my attention and this one got stuffed to the back of the line. I finally decided I had enough and pulled it out and made it. In my eagerness I ended up having to reverse sew :roll: but I finally got the block put together properly. I think I'll do batiks for this years BOM. Thank you for the pattern! It was very easy to make and is quite striking.
