    Hubby is half Japanese and eats things like black eggs, oonagi (eel), and Kimchee is a delicacy.......LOL! Calamari is squid you know.....

    can you cut the heads off before you eat them? I don't think I could eat anything with eyes.

    Is there another way to eat them? Bland is not appetizing.

    P.S. Don't get any ideas I would even try this- inquiring minds just want to know.

    Personally I want my meat dead where it does not resemble its former self. I do like weird stuff like liverwurst and scrapple (my family calls it shrapnel) and I eat calamari, clams and lots of fish.

    When I was 16, supporting my then infant son. I worked in a fish cannery on the coast of California. Moss Landing to be exact. I packed squid 8 hours a day, 5 days a week during the summer. Went to school, graduated at 17 open my own company and never went back to that job.
