When I am not quilting...I quilt. When I am not quilting I am shopping for fabric. I also like to crochet challenging doilies, read, and watercolor painting. I also make chemo caps for the cancer center. I would go bonkers if I wasn't working on something. My hands have to be on the move all the time and my brain never rests. I am so happy and content...
Peace and blessings my dear quilters,

I enjoy weaving baskets and I've also done some wood carving.

I commend all you that have the time & means for charity projects.
I work part time so when I am not in the sewing rm I love to read, crochet, needle work, and that never ending list of "Don't like it but have to do list".

when not quilting, I play with EQ,dye fabric, paint fabric,,do redwork embroidery, play with my embroidery designs on my sewing machine, beading on a quilt here and there. I crochet, and have to read every day. TV DVDs books on tape computer are all in my little studio, so I spend 99.% of my time in that room.
I spend way too much time on this board, try to keep up with my groups room, looking at quilt sights and others quilts, talk to my sister, (about quilts of course, she has a LA) I make all my gifts, so that takes time each year.

After my day job that pays for my habit, ;), I love to garden, read, tinker with DH on house reno projects, and knit lots. I knit baby "bomber" hats that I sell almost as fast as I can make them. Also make prayer shawls....lots of that knitting I do in church. I figure a little extra prayer going into them can't hurt. :) Since I have been knitting for over 55 years, I don't need to watch much anymore, so I get a lot done in front of the boob tube....too hard to sit and not do something with my hands!!
