I envy you, I have often thought of doing a whole cloth quilt...aprox how long will it take for you to finish one? Just incase I think I have that much life left. memepeggy

I am curious about the hand quilting on the whole cloth...I am concerned when I start I would not do it correctly and not realize it until I am 1/2 way finished...do you just start at the top and work right to left? I am thinking about doing one, have been for couple of years? Memepeggy

I am a hand quilter also and I just love this design. Can you tell me where you purchased it. I would love to do a whole cloth quilt. I find that hand quilting relaxes my brain and gives me much pleasure. I have handquilted all my quilts except for s few newer ones. Your work is fantastic, keep up the good work and please post new pictures of this beauty.

Do you think a whole cloth of that size would turn out nice if well basted and done with a hoop? I'd love to try one, but don't have the space for a nice frame like yours.

Yes, the fabric is preprinted. Included in the package was also the cut binding. You can buy the complete kits that include the backing fabric, too. However, the backing they put in there is plain white. I wanted something different, so I used a white with black floral design.
