I know what you mean by "spoken for." I tend to give most of my stuff away too.
I like to make wall hangings too. Nobody buys them because they cost too much. I make them and give them away.
I got a book out of the library called "Cat Capers" and fell in love with the very last pattern in the book and decided I was going to make it for Halloween. It was this ultra cute black cat sitting next to a great big pumpkin.
BUT, INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE TORE OUT THE PATTERN!!!!!!!! What's wrong with people? It's a public library! And they ripped out the pattern in the book!
I'm so disgusted.

that's to bad....I agree what tis wrong with people? I do have a suggestion for you if you let the people know at the library maybe they can get the book from another library...I've had to do that but not for the same reason though....sometimes I think the books are donated and maybe that is what happened but gee today you can copy things way to easy ...oh well like I say try that idea if you reeaally loved the pattern enough to go threw the motions...good luck Cordelia...
