Look at the treasure my niece brought over

I definitely would NOT hang it. If it was mine, I'd attach it to a sheet and it would probbly mean tacking each yo-yo individually either from the back in the center of each or go between each clear thru to the back where they join. Clear as mud?

Wow! I have worked on two yo yo quilts to date. We did not add a border but ended up using a backing and then layed the quilt out and attached it to the back,by hand I enjoyed doing it,and every one makes fun of me when another one comes in. The first one was of satin fabric and really coming apart, took many hours to sew all the yo yo's back together and then to put a backing on and some what have to do it again.(attach all yo yo's to backing) They came out great and the first one I always called the million dollar yo yo, so now they say go get kate we got another one.

Her mother never let her use it much although she did keep it folded at the end of her bed for a few years. It's been stored in a storage bin for years and my niece just discovered it. It's pretty fragile and already held together by safety pins in a few spots. We are thinking we could attach it to a backing, do a border and she could hang it in her bedroom. Not a project I can start now but certainly something to look forward to.
