I have that book and LOVE it! Paid way more than a dollar for it! LOL! Great find!

We have a Garden Ridge Pottery that sometimes has craft books really inexpensive.

I shop a lot at the Dollar store and always check out the isles, it's amazing what you can find, they seem to get things in randomly and they go pretty quickly!

I check out the books, but never found that one..but: bulldog clips for binding, washable markers, hand sewing needles, Elmers glue, paper, baskets and storage containers, flexible cutting mats for templates and stiffening, cheap scissors so people will keep their hands off my good ones, thread for basting (concerned about quality for machining), measuring instruments, tape, pencils, pens. Even found a way cool stencil of a quilt block to decorate my walls. I love our dollar stores but I can get carried away: I can easily spend $50.00 at a time.

I buy the scribble pads for paper piecing. You have to cut the pages down to fit the printer, but a perfect weight and 60 pages for a dollar is a good buy.

I buy a lot of things at the Dollar Tree but never thought to look for quilting books. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, I go to Dollar Tree all the time and have never seen any quilting books there. But, I have to admit, I don't usually look too closely at the books. I will in the future though.
