    I'm so happy for you!! It reminds me of my class ring.....My boyfriend was wearing it (yeah, in those days we did things like that) and he lost it while swimming in a river. That was in 1969 -- I have little hope of finding it!!!! Congratulations!

    You are so very fortunate to have your ring back. What memories! My husband lost the stone out of his college ring about 30 years ago. For our 50th anniversary, the children and I found a jeweler who redid the top of the ring, found a new stone, and inserted it. Was he ever surprised and pleased! He wears it all the time now. Enjoy your your new "old" ring.
