Mitchell Graye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAS to be the same Mitchell Graye (sometimes spelled Gray) who responds to resumes listed on line. Sends out these offers of employment that he needs a personal assistant, who he will only communicate with by internet or "the occasional phone call". The job description is very sketchy and of course, as part of applying to be his personal assistant he needs just a bit of information about the applicant.
WOW if that doesn't stink of identity theft I don't know what does.

You identified what he was getting and the fact that he took time to go through it he wouldn't have a leg to stand on in a court room. Sounds like one of those people that are not happy unless they are complaining or trying to take things from honest people. I wouldn't allow him to come back to the house, if he does tell him you will call the police.
I don't think you do have to have a return policy like Walmart. I don't think you have to have a return policy at all. Most places say--"no returns "
