lynnie--you made out great! Have fun with those gift cards!! Perhaps you need some backing fabrics, or a new cutter or mat....
No, I didn't get anything from family that is sewing related. They don't think along those lines.
I did get an ornament from a friend..looks like an older black sewing machine.

I got a new sewing machine table! I am so excited. My other one was sagging in the center. I asked DH to look at it because I thought I was imagining it. He said "it was sagging just a little but it wouldn't cause any problems" and toddled off. I never gave it much more thought until yesterday. <3

DH bought me several yards each of Connecting Threads "Rhapsody in Red" fabric line. I've lusted over it for at least two years, so it's a great gift to me.

    Happy New Year to all!

I received the new micro-flex handles for my Innova from DH. They are pretty cool, since they have the on/off button and needle up/down switches in the handles. We've already put them on and I can't wait to try them out.

Sounds like you are talking about me! I am a 1955 so I have a few years on me, but I have been loved and taken care of!

Enjoy your new FW! They are truly wonderful machines.

I got the set of Quilter's Slidelock cutting tools, and I am loving them already!! I am working on a Tossed D9P and I got the 9Ps quartered in 2/3rds the time it normally takes me. I'm sure once I get really used to the Slidelock, I will be able to cut even more time off my cutting.
No more cutting at a snail's pace for fear of the ruler sliding.

Of course, I was the brains behind this wonderful gift. I forwarded the link to the website to my DH with it right on the page of what I wanted!!
