I love your quilt and this pattern. I bought the book...I still can't figure out how to put it together! Do you have to lay the entire quilt out in order to get the color placement right?

I'm finally ready to make this quilt. Do any of you know if I can use layer cakes and cut them into 2 1/2" strips?

Love this pattern and your quilt is amazing. You did good Kid. I reached my 50th a lllllllllllllllonnnnnng time ago and it keeps getting better. My husband and I just celebrated our 52 year together. BrendaK

Every little bit of it is just lovely. Batiks are such fun to work with because of the vibrant colors and you used them perfectly. Great choices and great job.
