oh, but the border will be all around, as you can see, I do not have enough room to spread the whole quilt with borders. More blue fabric has been ordered...... and I will definitely ask for more advise as I go along. Thank you very much for all your comments. I appreciate all of them.
This would be my thought, too. A small white border on the other two sides. It looks a little unfinished this way.
I love the quilt and I love the way the additions are only on two sides. Very interesting. I think the applique and corner pinwheels look wonderful. Very interesting!

What a pretty quilt! You're getting a boatload of advice and opinions here! LOL How about one more? 
I love the applique swag centered just like you have it. What about putting a flower in each corner?
Not keen on the pinwheels in the corners because they pull my eyes away from the main quilt. (And I love pinwheels.)
I'd use some pinwheels on the back .
