    Do you start the quilt in the middle or at the top? I have many 3" sq and I use them up that way.

    I start in the middle and work my way up and out, using sets of four squares (in identical fabric).

    Boy did you get me thinking when I was going through my scrap bag yesterday!!! I was cutting up fabric for the signie swap and started seeing all these 1 1/2" strips. IF I end up SOMEDAY doing this, its all your fault!!! :lol: :lol:

    This is the ultimate test of patience; and it turned out just gorgeous! I was at a flea market last year, and found a TATW that is hand pieced and all hand sewn; took me 3 seconds to get out the $10 she was asking; cannot imagine someone selling that. Crazy.
