    I agree with Lady Tapioca and Eddie --- a narrow black with polka dots on the outside border.

    I would do a narrow black border and a wide polka dot border.

    Maybe try a narrow black border. Then the wider dot border with black binding.

    Do you have more of the dark fabric from you top? Else I like the narrow black border.
