Hi, I too love Pretty Women. It gives hope to everyone. I think it is the best movie that Richard Gere and Julie Roberts made. Marilu- Mi

You an show me Richard Gere anyday. I still swoon (now there's a word) at the memory of him in "An Officer and a Gentleman". Gosh, what a romantic movie.
I brings back memories of my little (5'3") husb. in his Navy uniform. After 20 yrs. in the Navy, he always made my heart flutter at the sight of him in uniform.

I call it one of my "feel good" movies--but then I love anyone she is in. My fave part was when she went shopping and was all dressd up and went into the snobby shop that had run her off the day before and gave it to them with both barrels---I cannot stand people like those in that shop. "You work on commission right? Big mistake, HUGE, I have to go shopping now"

I watched it for the second time and I laugh when she looks in the jewelry box and he closes it. She is so cute.

That movie is right up there with "Dirty Dancing"/. If they are on, I'm gonna watch over and over and over. have both in my collection of classics.

Ditto! DH and I both like Pretty Woman. And yes, everytime it's on, we watch -- no matter when we turn to it. And I love NottingHill. Also liked Julia in Erin Brock -er-whatever. That was/is a great story.

I'm not good with names, but who was the little supporting actress in Pretty Women? I loved her in that. Remember the line, "...what!?? You kissed him on the lips?? Did I not teach you anything???"
