Sorry should have thought more about you. What a grand relationship you are building. You are the village in her life. God Bless

Incredible. It is beautiful too. Did she use the sewing machine? You can be really proud of her for achieving that quilt at 5 yr old.

great job. that is the age my grandaughter made her first quilt and she worried over it ,much more than i did.. it took her four days with the squares layed out in the middle of my living rm floor before she was satisfied and started sewing. like you i cut, pinned and helped with the binding..but she loves it and still puts in on her bed/../// she is now 9 years old and just put it in a quilt show..she has a ribbon from the show (all kids get one but she is "proud as punch" tell her to keep up the good work. see if you can't find a local quilt show that allows kids to show along side of the adults...she will learn much and love it.. What a cutie and to be so proud of her quilt. A framed memory for later on. I am always so glad to see little ones quilt. We have to encourage them all we can.

I don't see anything wrong. I see a beautiful little girl with a grin a mile wide! That's what counts.
