Just another "must do" project on my list--lets see, must be about project #350! Time to re-prioritize my list so I might have a fighting chance of finishing -say- 10% of the list in this life-time!
The ones I had seen were expensive...usually $80-100. I found this one in a LQS on a trip we took...it was only $56...so I grabbed it up!
Since I use a 3-roll quilting frame...it doesn't need "sandwiching"...you just load the layers onto the quilting frame...which is a "plus"...since I hate to sandwich, too! :)

If you are using a frame, you start at one end and work your way towards the other end...rolling the quilted part up as you go.
With my 3-roll frame, when I roll it to the next area to be quilted, I still start in the middle of that new area and work out to the side...go back to the middle and work out towards the other side. Some people just work right to left or left to right all the way across the quilt...it's just a personal preference when using a frame.

I find that hand quilting relaxes my brain and gives me much pleasure. I have handquilted all my quilts except for s few newer ones. Your work is fantastic, keep up the good work and please post new pictures of this beauty.

If you google "Penn Prints Queen Anne Star preprinted whole cloth quilt top" you should be able to find it for sale online.
Hope this helps.

GO FOR IT!!! :)
