once in a while. I just don't seem to be able to type well enough to use it a lot. It gets frustrating.

NO I hate this feature. No wonder why this country has such little communication with one another. I need to hear the emotions in a persons voice. You can never tell if anything is wrong or wonderful by a stupid text.
I hope that lady was kidding about texting in a school zone. You may find yourself in a heap of trouble when you use a child as a speed bump.

Nope. I hate it! If I have something to say to someone I will call and TALK to them. My kids know better than to text me and to answer when I call them.

I text and email because I am deaf. I can keep in contact with all my family this way.

I didn't think I would, but have found that I can "chat" with the grandsons in Florida quicker that way.

I don't text...I do use a basic cell phone. I get tired of seeing people glued to their electronic devices. I have an answering machine at home. That's plenty for me.

Texting is the main form of communication between my 35-year-old son and I. He talks to my husband (who doesn't text).

I also text to a lot of my family and friends, but not constantly.

No I don't text. Don't need to. I don't like the way they use letters or number for words instead. I have than try figure out what they are trying to say.
