    I know just how you feel. Somewhere down the road I will be posting a picture of a quilt with a pattern like this and far worse mistakes. I had shown the top to at least six "seasoned" quilters and no one said a thing (and they're not the kind to hold back). I didn't discover the problems until I was about 2/3 of the way through quilting it. I think you're lucky you've got the minimal mistakes you have and like the prior posts say, you should be able to fix it. Good luck!

    I'd rip out those 8 pcs as one strip along both sides and reverse that row with out completely tearing out the border or the inside row

    It won't take all that long - there was a post a few days ago that suggested how to do it -

    Basically - just unsew the "bad" part - plus a couple of inches beyond -

    turn the piece around - and sew it back in place.
