    I usually prefer sashing, but this time not. IMO your pastel fabrics are light, and sashing is too much black that draws my eye to it. Just my opinion.

    No sashing-or different color black too harsh for kids quilt. Just my opinion

    I made a snowball a few weeks ago, and I had the same question. The blocks with sashing looked so much better. My
    vote is sashing..also,, if your point if off,, just a tad, it doesn't show with the sashing.
