    You did a fantastic job on both the quilt and the quilting.
    It is beautiful, and I am sure she will treasure it for years to come.

    Thank you ALL for such positive feedback - I now look at the finished quilt and think, gosh, did I actually make that! There are lots of little imperfections but, even my husband, who's my fiercest critic, thinks it's wonderful! My only problem is that my next granddaughter is 18 in Feb 2012! It took me 5 months to make this one so I'm going to have to get started again pretty soon! And then, a grandson is 18 in 2013 - and then there are 3 more to follow! What have I started?!!
