I always check abebooks.com for good deals as well. Have gotten some really low-priced books that way. (It's a network of very independent booksellers.)

It's just one of those live & let live things lol normal folks can't drop $25-50 for a book at least I know I couldnt very often and it's a wise thing for a woman to be a good steward for her family regarding finances

I have enjoyed using this site for quilting books for me and for our quilt guild. The shipping costs is correct. I have always been pleased with the books.

I get this catalog even though I never ordered it and never even realized there were quilting books in it. What a dummy I am! Thanks for the link and next time I will really look at it.

I have ordered A LOT of quilting books from this company. Probably almost every quilting book I have I ordered from this company. Most of the time you don't get alot of information on the books so sometimes it is hit or miss, but for $4 to $8 it is worth it. Since I'm new to this craft I need all the help I can get. By the way, quilt books are under the category of needlecrafts.

I would love to, however we don't have any fabricstore within 50 miles from us. It is nice to have a choice when the weather gets bad and you cannot make the roundtrip of 2 hours.
