I'm not hard of hearing but I thought I'd try out their "cc" option. Yep, translation is horribly garbled, just like it sometimes is on TV. But maybe it's better than not having any idea of what's being said?

I don't have any idea why the captions are so mixed up, but no...it's not better than nothing.I thank MQS for trying, but it's ttoo frustrating & I don't watch their videos. :-o

Being quite hard of hearing myself, since birth, and prefer not to wear my hearing aids at home unless someone comes to visit or repair, wish all videos had closed captioning. This was a great thing that Missouri Quilt did ... I'll have to visit their site more! Thank you for taking charge and also for letting us know how responsive they were!!!

just read where some said their cc was garbled....hmmm, mine works out great. I wonder sometime how the weather /satalitte can affect the pic also affect the cc ? I will let sarah know when I contact her again. I need the feedback so things can be smoothed over. Thanks!

Don't remember how long since I 1st tried the videos.....quite a while & the captions have always been garbled.I'm on a MacBook....maybe that's why?
