i like the name barkley.. think it is a cute name for a cute puppy... we just got a new puppy too quite by accident it is a fox terrier and we are old and dont need a puppy but it was lost on 4th of july and we have advertised everywhere no one claims him so we call him buddy... we took him to the pound and checked for chips but none.. they said we have a new puppy... whew....

Since I have read some of the other posts, I would like to change my vote. Several people have said "Pepper". That sounds great. Another said "Sassy". I like that too.
