Quote: I love your bright colors. I have been doing something similar with 2.5" strips to make small quilted projects, but never thought to try a full quilt with it. Did you use the 1600 pattern to create it? Beautifu.
I,m so new to quilting I did not know there was a pattern for it .lol
Just sat down and cut lots of scraps . put them in a box and pulled to pieces out allowed my self one throw back if i didn,t like the 2 colours.
Quilted it with a wavy stitch and I like the way the back looks. I have not mastered free hand quilting yet . But keep trying .
Thanks for the positive comments every one.

Quote: I too like your use of varying size strips. Makes a fun quilt to look at with very few seams to match up. Thanks for sharing it with us.
very nice with the varying sizes. I am going to try that one.

I just started cutting . And then sewed with out really thinking about it . Then in to strips .

Just turn the tunes on and sew away.
It was fun just to sew and not think and not hurt my brain lol.

I still have more scraps so going to do another one with a white centre block and just go for it.
What scares me is making sure I have all the materal cut for the whole quilt and not have to throw different colours in the end .
