Again, thanks to all for the compliments. The pattern I "borrowed" from the catalog picture is "Hanging Gardens"; it is available for purchase at Keepsake Quilting & several other places as well; in fact, probably most anywhere that sells quilting supplies. When I looked, I noticed that prices for the same pattern varied slightly. Also, my quilt is slightly altered because I did not have the pattern and couldn't figure out exactly how she did it. If my quilt top photo prompts any of you to buy the lovely pattern, I will feel vindicated for borrowing, rather than buying it.

I have a bali pop just waiting for a quilt. I will graph out the pattern and see if I can get something similar. thanks for sharing the photo. You inspired me to use my "POP".

Last spring, I wanted to make a French Braid quilt and, afraid that I could not choose wisely all the fabrics for the 6 different braid runs, I bought 6 pkgs. of Strawberry Fields Bali Pops. I only needed a few strips from each package, so I was left with about a gazillion Bali Pops strips. I still haven't made much of a dent in the leftovers, so I predict more Bali Pops quilt tops in my future.
I like it---reminds me of dangly earrings!

I just bought this pattern and am waiting to collect just the right fabrics in order to get started. I will be enlarging it to fit a queen size bed, though.

    Nice job!

By the time I got finished fiddling around with mine to where it suited me, it was queen-sized, too, I'm guessing .... I haven't actually spread it out on a queen-sized bed, but it's a bit too big for a full and bit too small for a king.
