    Your quilt is amazing. Please tell me what made you decide to use that fabric - what did you see in it that made you think it would make a good OBW? Was it because of the many colors, or that it is so closely packed? How'd you know it was just right?

    The finished blocks are just 6". I had blocks everywhere but it was so much fun. I used 8 repeats on the fabric. Does that help? I love your avatar by the way!
    Thanks - that's really good to know! From the variation you got with that fabric, I had expected even smaller blocks. :shock: :-D :-D :-D

    Once you start making the blocks the fun begins! I would love to make another one someday.
    My daughter & I just took OBW class this past Sat. ... not fond of the cutting part as I have lower back problems with leaning slightly to do cutting......have 4-5 "blocks" together....now just chaining by 2's to keep them in sets.....at least gives lower back a rest.....going to become very good friends with iron soon, and so forth, & repeat etc.....
