I had to look again but I agree...star in the middle. I started out hand-quilting, loved if but someone in the Quilt Club that I used be be a member of said that hand-quilters have too much time on their hands. Wasn't that an awful thing to say? Made me feel like a nobody. I still enjoy hand piecing and hand quilting. For charity quilts, that is a different matter.
