    beautiful work and you have guts to start with this pattern for your first...sometimes I start something that is over my head...I get to the point where it is big enough to make a wall hanging...this being your first try, it would be a great thing to look at in the future and say...hey if I did that, I can do this!!!Keep up the good work.

    it really looks beautiful and do finish it.. you will love it and it will inspire you to go on.... next do a very easy simple project to take a breath...but this quilt top is beautiful.. you did a great job with color choices and it looks great...

    You've done a great job on it!! love the fabrics and the fact that you did them in half hexagons helped a lot. No Y seams to fool with. She will love it.
