    This is my first posting. I have been watching the creations of everyone for monhs. We will be celebrating my Mom's 85th birthday next month so I made this for her. I originally got other fabric that I thought she would like, but she didn't get excited over it. So, as I looked through my stash I found this iris fabric and was inspired. Here is the final result. I am excited about the quilting. It is't show quality, but it is mine. I found a handiquilter with a BabyLoc Pro at an auction and that is what I used. I would love to be one of you with a long arm, but I just couldn't justify one. My work can't compare with what you can do with those things.

    It's beautiful. You did a wonderful job on putting it together and your quilting is great. Nice color selection.
