Many of us have wanted to learn about pictorial quilting. Well, today I got an e-mail from Fons and Porter about joining an online pictorial class. I decided that for $29.99 it was worth a try, as there is a 100% money back guarantee. I could not believe what was there. After using PayPal and paying, I was able to open the course. There are hours and hours of beautiful lessons, easy to understand. I was glued to my computer screen off and on for hours. It is like paying $500.00 or more for all of it, but it is only $29.99. You can get free very short priviews of three of the courses before you decide to join. I still can't believe what is there. Here is the link. http://www.craftsy.com/ Look under online classes and chose quilting. The instructor is Wendy Butler, absolutely amazing!! Oh yes, the membership time period is actually a lifetime one for that class, and you can visit as often as you like. It is not a DVD and can't be saved to your computer for obvious reasons, as we would want to be sharing it with others. It is just for the one member. http://www.craftsy.com/ That low price is untio October 16th and is much higher after that.

I just read that e-mail and am signing up tomorrow. No one around here really does that style and I would love to. Just not confident enough to jump in, so this course is perfect for me !! should be tons of fun!

I don't get F&P emails. The regular course price is 59.00. I'll have to wait on it. Pictorial quilts are the one thing I want to learn to do.

I am very luckily to be able to say that I actually took a class from Wendy
And it was wonderful! She is a great teacher and very talented. A class from Wendy for only $29.99 is a real bargain
    Have fun you guys!

It is only $29.99 until October 16th. It is a special. That is for the pictorial course. There are other courses, but this one is the one that I wanted. You will not believe the hours and hours that are in the course. It shows a simple beginners flower hanging and then goes all the way up to doing people's faces, etc. It has a freezer paper method that I know I can do. It looks so much easier and faster than others. She also uses the raw edge method. The instructor is such a joy to watch and learn from. The course stays in your account forever and ever for just the one low payment, and there is no limit to how many times you can open the course to watch.

You don't have to get an e-mail from Fons and Porter. Just go to the link in my original message. It is for anyone who wants to take the course.
