Default Kids say the funniest things

Yesterday my 6 year old grandson came to visit and to see our new kitten. Due to a rough start in life, the kitten is underweight. My grandson is an intelligent little boy that tries very hard to use some big words. As he was sitting petting the kitten, he asked me "Grandma, have you taken this kitten to the vegetarian to find out why he is so skinny?"

That is cute. At least he is trying and will get it all straightened out one day.

Too funny! What a nice, caring little boy ... he's a keeper (along with the kitten).

Well, at least the kitty would be safe with a vegetarian

I have a four year old grandson who keeps me laughing all the time. My daughter has talked to him about deep water and drowning. In the course of conversations the word "underground" has come up. So now when he talks about deep water he says "You can 'underdrown' in deep water!"

My 8 year old granddaughter was in the kitchen when I brought out my iron to press fabric for cutting. She saw the iron and asked "what is THAT?" She had never seen an iron before. Talk about generation gap.

That is so precious. He is a compassionate little one. My three years old grandson was over and swimming when his sister asked him to retrieve the pool thermometer to check the water temperature.....His response was "where is the momanomater.....I guess he is associating mom with thermometers.....I cracked up.
