We are in a state of emergency here in WV. No electricity. No phone. We are running on our back up generator. It's 26.6 degrees, and we have 2 feet + of snow!

I heard about the storm building up your way. Airlines were cancelling flights even before it hit this weekend!!!
Stay warm and safe, it is good to hear that you have a generator!!! (((HUGS))) I hope it stops and warms up soon!!!

Oh yuck -- I feel so sorry for you!! I hate snow and cold and not having electric.
Here in southern Indiana, it's about 34 and we're had a mixture of snow and ice falling all day. However, the ground is still warm enough that nothing is sticking. Just bone chilling cold....

In Delaware - right now we have about 16 inches of snow and will continue to snow all night. The state can't handle this kind of snow. So, I am stuck. The worst part was I cut fabric for a purse and found I didn't have enough pellon for between the lining and sides. Isn't that the way - going to bake cookies tomorrow and do some sewing. Today was just a lazy day.

We got about 12 inches at the beginning of the week, following about 2 weeks of hoar frost and fog. Now it's colder than a well digger's butt (hovering around zero). Snow is in the forecast, but haven't seen any as of this afternoon, and looks a little clear where the weather usually comes from. Little bit of wind today. Wish I had time to get out and get some pics of the frost on the trees and such before it all disappeared. It was stunning.
