Sports quilt for our grandson

Our 12 yr. old grandson who lives in Chicagoland, loves the Philadelphia Eagles and their successes. He knows all the stats of the players and the games and owns lots of licensed Eagles gear, shirts and even a new Eagles backpack for Middle School. I made him this 85" x 100" quilt, 2 shams and a set of pillowcases for Christmas, finished it, boxed it up and mailed to the longarmer, just before I broke my leg last week. The quilt is pictured on our twin guest bed so its hard to see the layout which is 5 x 6 with a narrow border of white and green. The backing is a licensed Eagles fleece. Binding will be black.

Sorry to hear you broke your leg. I hope you heal well. The Eagles quilt he will surely love and I love the one on the wall! Wish I could see more🥰

Great quilt!! You put a lot of thought into making the perfect quilt for him. I hope your leg feels better soon. What a nasty accident to deal with. I hope it doesn't interfere with any of your quilting projects. The world needs more of your beautiful quilts!
