Question Koala Cabinet with E-Lift troubleshooting

I purchased a Koala sewing cabinet from another person and I'm having trouble with the E-Lift. It seems like the left side is moving properly but the right side is not tracking the same as the left side. I didn't receive the manual from the seller but I found one on-line. The manual gives good basic instructions about the cabinet and how to operate the electric lift but I haven't found any troubleshooting information. Is there a way to reset the motors or sync them? The Koala website is currently off-line so I don't know how to troubleshoot this issue.

Hi. I purchased a Koala cabinet used and had the lift stop working. My brother (and SIL and MY self) Took the lift apart and he was able to adjust it and get it working. There was no help online or from Koala. Once we had the top of the lift off (it sounds hard but really was just removing screws) we were able to see what we needed to fix and get back on track. I do have a broken plastic part on one side and replacement isn't available. One day I will get someone with a 3d printer to make one, but for now the lift works. Get someone who is handy, it was worth the work to fix it.
