baby hair
I am making a quilt block that is a face of a newborn baby. Is there a stitch that I can use to fill in the head area that looks like baby hair?

Ha! Mine were all pretty much bald. Wouldn't have taken much thread at all.

Maybe something that looks like curls. Mine both had straight hair. The youngest had pitch black hair that stood straight up. Always reminded me of a baby monkey.

I would think little individual curly q's would look like hair and be cuter than just straight lines.
