    I used the template below to hand trace each piece, mark the sewing lines, cut them out one at a time, and then hand sew each one. I started in March but had to put it up in the summer when grandkids came. I am going to find the right color of blue batik to back it in and then hand quilt.

    It's a beauty. Worth all the effort. I have this template and haven't used it yet. Maybe this will inspire me. Thanks for sharing.

    Yummy. takes one back in time when everything was traced, cut out and hand sewed------you have the patience of a Saint!
