I am very new to this board also, but I must warn you -
It is so addictive!!! :roll: I start reading and before I know it, I've spent far too long sitting here on the computer.
You will learn so much here and never hesitate to ask questions. The quilters here are so very generous with not only kindness, but with their knowledge of quilting. You'll be glad you joined in. Have fun!

Hi Coletta, welcome to the board! There is a lot to learn here, when you have time just wander around, there are tutorials, the block of the months is where some of us learn a lot and have fun too. The picture section is very inspiring :D If you can make it to a chat session, you can ask questions there, discuss quilting, have a good laugh, get to know people in the group. Have you signed up for the newsletter? There is a lot of information in it each week.

I've only been reading/writing on the board for about 2 weeks and everybody is just great.
I cut out a baby quilt to piece today. I will be posting pics of the pieces tomorrow, then the progress as I sew along! I like to hand piece and hand quilt, so I don't finish quite as fast as the rest of you. But I love the contemplative time while I sew.
