    I am looking at the Topaz 30. Test drove a Ruby and OMG! It was wonderful, but more than I can spend. I did look at the Babylocks and prices are about the same (or close enough). Going to my LQS Friday to look again. Checked out the Janomes too. Thanks for your input. I really appreciate it.

    Looked at the patternsreview site..it was great....it is nice to read others opinions and it helped me in figuring out which one to get.g THANKS!

    I had a Viking but was converted to the Pfaffs. Now that they are almost the same, I wondeer does the Viking have the dual feed/IDT technology?

    I looked at that site; only had the Designer II listed.
