Hi Marie, this isn't really an OBW - it's more of a stack n whack. OBW is when there's no sashing between the blocks and you're right - they are either hexagons or octagons. Check out the Topic List here http://www.quiltingboard.com/virtual_section_list.jsp for more info. :-D

I got it over a year ago from an online supplier in the UK - I think it was a Fabric Freedom but I'm not sure. Perhaps the lady who posted above who has some can be more help - I can't find any selvedge to check, I'm sorry. :?

Hi K3N,
Love this quilt and especially love your OBW made with same fabric. Love the fact that you put uncut fabric on front of quilt.
But, I have a question. Did you FMQ on a domestic machine or a long arm?
